Please join ULI Chicago for our monthly breakfast meeting on January 15, 2009, “Niche Property Classes: Are they Faring Better than Primary Real Estate Asset Classes?”. While the economic slowdown and credit crisis has significantly impacted commercial real estate, we are going to explore several niche investments to understand why institutional investors have been flocking to niche property types and see if these properties are holding value and performing better than mainstream asset classes. Asset classes that we will discuss include:
