Chris Arvanites - President

Chris Arvanites, graduated with an emphasis in finance from the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He completed his masters in real estate with a concentration in urban planning and public affairs at the Liataud Graduate School of Business (LGSB) in Spring of 2009. During his time at UIC Chris served two terms as president of the UIC Real Estate Group (REG), in addition to two subcommittees with the UIC Office of Sustainability. For more than 8 years, Mr. Arvanites has provided commercial grade real estate brokerage services, valuations, financial analysis, and other real estate consulting services for various public and private entities across the United States. He is currently a Senior Asset Manager with Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) founded by Sam Zell. Chris is an active member of the United State Green Building Council (USGBC) Chicago Chapter, where he sits on the Emerging Green Builders committee. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling and spending time with his wife and newborn son Cameron. Chris grew up outside of Boston and is an avid fan of all of his hometown sports teams.
